How long does an appointment last?
The duration of an appointment varies depending on the type of appointment selected. On average, an appointment lasts 30 minutes for a contact lens fitting or an eye exam. For frame selection, it may depend on store traffic.

Is there a minimum age to make an appointment?
Yes, there is a minimum age.
In accordance with regulations, opticians are not authorized to perform eye exams or contact lens fittings for children under 16 years of age.
Do you provide prescriptions?
As opticians, we are not authorized to issue prescriptions. For this, a consultation with an ophthalmologist is necessary.
Here are the regulations regarding prescription validity:
For glasses prescriptions:
- Under 16 years old: 1 year
- From 16 to 42 years old: 5 years
- Over 42 years old: 3 years
For contact lens prescriptions:
- Under 16 years old: 1 year
- Over 16 years old: 3 years
What should I bring to my appointment?
For us to best assist you, we recommend that you bring your current optical equipment (glasses or contact lenses), as well as their references: your prescription card for corrective lenses, the packaging of your contact lenses, and if possible your old prescriptions.
What is the price for an appointment?
When renewing glasses, an eye exam costs €10, in accordance with the price regulated by the Social Security. This amount may be covered by some mutual insurance companies.
Regarding contact lenses, our adaptation packages are €39 for soft lenses, and €59 for progressive soft lenses.
